General standard
Use the Services lawfully, responsibly and in a way that does not create unreasonable legal, security, deliverability or reputational risk for OREE, recipients, third parties or the public.
Audience and lawful basis rules
Do not use the Services to target individuals in a purely personal or consumer capacity unless you clearly have a lawful basis and, where required, the necessary consent.
Assess subscriber type and territory before sending electronic marketing. Sole traders and some partnerships may be treated differently from corporate subscribers.
Do not use purchased, scraped, copied or imported data where you do not have a lawful basis to use it.
Prohibited activity
- sending unlawful spam, misleading or deceptive communications, phishing, malware, scams, harassment or abusive content;
- circumventing rate limits, abuse controls, domain protections, unsubscribe functions or suppression lists;
- using the Services to process special category data or other restricted data without express written approval;
- infringing intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or publicity rights;
- using the Services in a way that may materially damage shared infrastructure, third-party provider relationships or domain reputation;
- testing, reverse engineering or interfering with the Services except to the extent mandatory law permits it;
- using the Services for illegal products, services or jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
Content and campaign quality expectations
You are responsible for checking generated outputs, claims, attachments, links, videos, CTAs and targeting decisions before sending.
If you enable autonomous sending, you must monitor objections, complaints, bounce rates, suppression events and performance and act promptly if issues arise.
Suppression and recipient rights
Do not attempt to re-contact recipients who have opted out, objected, complained or been placed on a suppression list except where legally justified.
Do not disable or evade unsubscribe or suppression features.
Enforcement and proportionality
OREE may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, throttle, temporarily pause campaigns, suspend specific features, suspend accounts or terminate the Services.
OREE will generally take the least disruptive action reasonably available, but may act immediately where urgent action is needed to protect security, legal compliance, third-party relationships or the public.
Review and appeal
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may request review by providing relevant details through support or privacy@oreeai.com. OREE will review the request in good faith but may maintain restrictions while the review is ongoing.
Reporting
You must promptly report suspected abuse, unlawful use, data protection issues or security issues affecting the Services.
